PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The long-awaiting Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia is set to open its doors in South Philly. Finishing touches are still taking place but after eight years, the wait is over for Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia. It’s the newest addition to the stadium district in South Philly.

Open 24/7/365, the property features more than 150 live action table games; approximately 2,200 slot machines; and a High Limit room. The AAA Four Diamond rated Live! Casino & Hotel is one of the largest commercial casinos in the country, located in the Washington DC/Baltimore corridor, just off I-95, Route 100 and the B/W Parkway. The casino is opening despite the ongoing pandemic and restrictions in place. Casino & Hotel is planning socially-distanced festivities for its grand opening week celebration. Casino & Hotel in Hanover offers gamblers 160,000 square feet of action, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Slots, video poker, electronic tables, more than 200 live action table games, and a nearly 15,000 square foot poker room with 50 tables make it easy to find your games of choice.
